How we count
- The plan is our published price: 45 ₾ a month per computer with a 350 ₾ minimum, and 150 ₾ a month per server. It is the same sum as in our price builder. Above 40 computers or with several offices, we build the plan around your setup.
- The employee’s cost is your own number. Enter what the person costs the company each month, including tax and anything else you pay. The starting 2,500 ₾ is only an example, not a market figure.
- The week shows one person working Monday to Friday, 9 to 18, against systems that report to us around the clock. Being watched at night means an alert reaches us. It does not mean an engineer is at your desk at 3 in the morning.
- Equipment and bigger projects are priced separately in both cases, so they are left out of both sides.

When is my own IT person the better choice?
When you need someone on site every day, have many computers, or your IT is your product. If your systems need a person in the room all day, a monthly plan will not replace that. Many larger companies keep their own person and use a plan for monitoring and backups.
What does a small business get for the monthly price?
Monitoring day and night, updates, antivirus and security rules, backups with tested restores, help by phone and WhatsApp, on site when it is needed, and new staff set up with access closed for people who leave.
What happens when my IT person goes on holiday or leaves?
With one employee, that knowledge often leaves too, so ask for passwords and documentation to be written down either way. On a plan, the setup is documented and the accounts stay in your company’s name.
Do you work outside Batumi?
Yes. We are based in Batumi and work with companies across Georgia. Much of the work is remote, and we come on site when it is needed.
