Platform engineering services in Georgia
SureIT provides platform engineering services for software companies, outsourcing studios, banks and larger companies with in-house development in Georgia. We build and run the internal developer platform that all your developers work on: a test environment or database in minutes without a ticket, ready templates for new services, Kubernetes, GitOps, a developer portal, a secrets store, monitoring and cost visibility. On your own servers, in the cloud or both, as a monthly service or built and handed over to your team. Based in Batumi, working across Georgia.

Why it matters
When a company has five developers, one person who knows the servers is enough. At twenty or fifty developers, that person becomes a queue. A developer who needs a test environment opens a ticket and waits three days. Every team builds pipelines its own way, passwords sit in .env files on laptops, and nobody knows who owns which service or what it costs.
Platform engineering turns that queue into a product your developers use themselves. A new service starts from a ready template, and a test environment is a button in a portal. Every change to the infrastructure is a reviewed commit in Git, and logs, metrics and costs are visible to every team. Your DevOps engineers stop answering the same requests.
What our platform engineering includes
Self-service environments
A developer opens the portal, picks what they need and gets a fresh test environment or database in minutes, without a ticket. Unused environments switch off on their own.
Golden paths for new services
Ready templates for your main languages and frameworks. A new service starts with its repository, shared CI/CD pipeline, Dockerfile, monitoring and access rules already set, the same way every time.
Kubernetes, or something simpler
A Kubernetes platform we build and run for you, in the cloud or on your own hardware. Where Kubernetes is more than you need, we build the same self-service on plain Docker and tell you so openly.
GitOps with Argo CD or Flux
The state of every cluster and environment is written down in Git. Argo CD or Flux applies changes automatically, every change is reviewed, and going back means reverting one commit.
Developer portal in Backstage
One place where everyone sees every service, its owner, its docs, its pipeline status and its alerts. New developers find their way around in days, not months.
Secrets, observability, costs and access
Passwords and keys in Vault instead of files and chats. Logs, metrics and traces built into every service from day one. Costs per team, access by role and an audit log.
How a platform project works
Free call and assessment
We talk with your developers, look at your repositories, servers and pipelines, and write down in plain words where time is lost and what to build first.
Build in steps, with your team
We start with the part that slows you down most, often test environments or shared pipelines, and add the rest step by step. Every change goes through pull requests your engineers review, so the platform never becomes a black box.
Run it monthly or hand it over
We keep running the platform as a monthly service: updates, new templates, alerts and help for your developers. Or we hand it over to your team with documentation and training.
Who it is for
Software companies
Product teams in Georgia that have grown past the point where one person can keep the servers in their head.
Outsourcing studios
Studios with many client projects that want every project started, deployed and monitored the same way.
Banks and larger companies
Organisations with in-house development, strict access rules and audits, often with servers that must stay on their own premises.
Foreign companies with teams in Georgia
Developers in Georgia who need platform engineers in their time zone, in English or Russian.
A platform your developers actually use
A platform is only worth building if developers choose it over the old way. We measure it simply: time to a new developer's first release, time to a new environment, and how many requests still need a ticket. Everything is in Git, documented and in your name.
- MinutesFrom request to a new test environment, without a ticket.
- 1 portalEvery service, owner, doc and pipeline in one place.
- GitEvery change to the platform is a reviewed commit.
Platform engineering questions
What do your platform engineering services include?
We build and run an internal developer platform: the shared ground all your developers work on. You can take all of it or start with one part, such as self-service environments or shared CI/CD.
How is this different from DevOps?
DevOps usually focuses on one product: its pipeline, its containers, its deploys. Platform engineering builds the shared platform that every team and every product in the company uses, so each team does not solve the same problems again. One product and a small team? Our DevOps service is usually the better fit.
Do you offer Kubernetes consulting in Georgia for clusters we already run?
Yes. We review existing clusters, fix what is fragile, set up upgrades, backups and monitoring, and build new clusters on your servers or in the cloud. For a few services, we will tell you honestly that plain Docker is cheaper.
Can the platform run on our own servers?
Yes. We build on your own hardware with Proxmox or on bare metal, in AWS, Azure or Hetzner, or as a hybrid of both. Because everything is described in code, the platform can move between them later, for example from the cloud back to your own servers.
Will our team be able to run it without you?
If that is what you want, it is the goal. We document every part and train your engineers on real tasks. Every repository, account and key is in your company's name from the first day.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your team, how many services and environments you have and where they run. The first call and an assessment of your current setup are free. After that you get a fixed project price or a fixed monthly price in writing, before any work starts.
Do you work outside Batumi?
Yes. We are based in Batumi and work with companies across Georgia. Platform work is mostly remote, and we come on site when servers sit in your own server room.
