Website hosting and server setup in Georgia

SureIT sets up hosting for businesses in Batumi and across Georgia: we choose the right hosting or VPS for your site, rent it in your company's name, move your website and email from the old provider, and look after backups, updates and security. You pay the hosting provider directly, so you always own the server and can leave whenever you want.

Why it matters

Hosting is usually invisible until the day it fails. The server was rented by a developer who has since left, the bill goes to someone's personal card, nobody has the password, and one missed renewal takes the website and the email down together. Often the site is also slow because it shares a cheap server with hundreds of others.

Done properly, hosting is boring: a server the right size for your site, every account in your company's name, backups kept somewhere else, updates installed, and an engineer who sees a problem before your customers do. If a small site does not need its own server, we tell you, and it stays cheap.

What our hosting work includes

  • The right hosting for your site

A small site may only need inexpensive shared hosting or a free static host. An online shop or a booking system usually needs its own VPS. We choose by what the site really needs and tell you when the cheaper option is enough.

  • VPS, cloud and dedicated servers

Rented from Hetzner, DigitalOcean, AWS or Azure in your company's name, then set up by an engineer: the web server, the database, a firewall and closed ports, ready for your site.

  • Website moved from your old hosting

Files, database, email and domain records moved to the new place. We copy in the background, test the new copy, and switch over outside working hours.

  • Domain, SSL and email

Your .ge or .com domain in your company's name, SSL certificates that renew by themselves, and email records set correctly so your mail lands in inboxes, not in spam.

  • Backups with tested restores

Copies of the site and the database kept away from the server itself. We restore one every month to check it works, because a backup nobody has tried is only a hope.

  • Updates, security and monitoring

System updates, a hardened server and monitoring around the clock. A full disk, a failing service or an expiring certificate reaches an engineer first.

How it works

  1. Free call and assessment

You tell us about the site and what is wrong with the hosting today. We look at it and write down in plain words what you need and what it costs.

  2. Set up or move

We rent the server in your company's name, set it up, move the site and email, test everything, and switch over outside working hours.

  3. Hand over or keep looking after

Everything is documented and every password is yours. You can take it from there, or we stay on monthly for updates, backups and monitoring.

Who it is for

  • Businesses with one website

Hotels, clinics and companies whose site and email have to work, with nobody on staff to look after a server.

  • Online shops and booking systems

Sites that lose money when they are slow or down, and that have outgrown cheap shared hosting.

  • Web studios with client sites

Studios that want each client's site on the client's own account, deployed, backed up and watched the same way.

  • Anyone stuck with their old hosting

Companies whose provider is slow or unresponsive, or whose developer left with the passwords.

Hosting you can stop thinking about

Good hosting is something you never have to discuss. These three things are how we keep it that way, and how you stay free to leave.

  • Your nameThe server, the domain and the accounts belong to your company.
  • MonthlyA backup is restored to check that it works.
  • 24/7Monitoring watches the site and the server.

Hosting questions

Do you sell hosting yourselves?

We do not resell hosting under our own name. The server is rented directly from the provider in your company's name and you pay the provider's own price. We charge for setting it up and looking after it, so you are never locked in to us.

Can you move my website from my current hosting?

Yes. We move the files, the database, the email and the domain records, test the new copy, and switch over outside working hours. The assessment is free and the move has a fixed price. If nobody has the old passwords, we work with the old provider to get access back.

Do I need shared hosting, a VPS or a dedicated server?

Shared hosting is enough for most small sites. A VPS suits online shops, booking systems and busy sites, because the resources are yours alone. A dedicated server, a whole machine, is rarely needed unless you have heavy traffic or large databases. We recommend the smallest one that does the job.

Will the server be in Georgia or abroad?

It can be either. European providers usually offer more choice at lower prices. If a law, a contract or your customers need the server to be in Georgia, we arrange a provider here instead.

How much does it cost?

There are two parts. The hosting itself you pay directly to the provider, at their published price. Our setup, move and monthly care come as a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and the first call and assessment are free.

Who owns the server and the website?

You do. The hosting account, the domain, the keys and the passwords are in your company's name. If you stop working with us, the site keeps running and everything is documented for whoever comes next.

Do you work outside Batumi?

Yes. We are based in Batumi and work with companies across Georgia, and remotely with companies abroad. Almost all hosting work is remote.
