Network engineering services in Georgia

Network engineering services for companies that have outgrown a single router: offices on several floors, hotels, warehouses and businesses with branches anywhere in Georgia. We design or redesign the network, split it into secure segments, set up firewalls and VPN between your sites, add a second internet provider that takes over by itself, and write everything down. Then we run and monitor it, so your network is a plan you own, not a mystery in a cupboard.

Why it matters

Most business networks were never designed. They grew: a router from the provider, a switch added for the new floor, a camera recorder plugged into the first free port, a branch connected through a remote desktop app. It works until it does not, and then nobody knows which cable goes where, who has the firewall password, or why the card terminals freeze when the warehouse uploads camera footage.

A network built by an engineer is planned on paper first. Every group of devices has its own segment, every firewall rule has a reason that is written down, branches are joined by encrypted tunnels, and a second internet line is ready before the first one fails. When something changes, you open the diagram instead of calling the person who left three years ago.

What network engineering includes

  • Network design and redesign

A network planned for your building and your sites: offices, hotels, warehouses, multi-floor and multi-site businesses. An existing network is redesigned around what you run today and where the business will be in three years.

  • Network audit with a written report

We check equipment, firmware, firewall rules, open ports, passwords and cabling, then hand you a written report of risks, ranked from urgent to later, in plain words.

  • Segmentation with VLANs

Guests, staff, cameras, card terminals and servers each live in their own VLAN, a separate network on the same cables. A virus on one laptop cannot reach the till or the camera recorder.

  • Firewall setup with written rules

pfSense or OPNsense, FortiGate or MikroTik, chosen for your size and budget. Every rule is documented: what it allows, for whom and why.

  • VPN between branches and for staff

Site-to-site VPN joins your offices, branches and warehouses into one private network. Remote access VPN lets staff work from home or on the road without opening the network to the internet.

  • Two providers, routing and switching

Two internet providers with automatic failover, routing between sites, managed switches from Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti or MikroTik, and a structured cabling plan that our partner installers build to.

How a network project works

  1. Audit and plan

We visit, map what you have and write the audit report. Then the design: a diagram, an IP plan, the segments, an equipment list and a fixed price in writing.

  2. Rebuild without stopping

The new network is prepared next to the old one and switched over in stages, at night or at the weekend, so your staff come in to a working network.

  3. Document and run

You receive the diagrams, the IP plan and every password in your name. From then on we administer and monitor the network, remotely and on site.

Who it is for

  • Companies with branches

Offices in different cities joined into one private network with one set of rules.

  • Hotels and resorts

Guest, staff, camera, payment and booking networks kept apart across every building and floor.

  • Warehouses and logistics

Scanners, terminals and cameras that stay connected across a large floor, and a backup line for the shipping system.

  • Multi-floor offices and clinics

A network cabinet on each floor, a clear backbone, and medical or accounting systems isolated from everything else.

A network you can read on paper

Every network we build comes with a diagram, an IP plan and passwords in your name. If you ever change IT company, the next engineer starts from a document, not from guessing.

  • 1Written report of risks, before any work starts.
  • 24/7Firewalls, switches and internet lines report their health to us.
  • 100%Of passwords and accounts are handed over in your name.

Network engineering questions

How are network engineering services different from Wi-Fi installation?

Our network and Wi-Fi installation service is for a single site that needs good coverage: a café, a guesthouse, a small office. Network engineering is for the network behind a bigger business: several floors or buildings, branches, firewalls, VPN, two providers and many kinds of devices that must stay apart. Wi-Fi is one part of that job, not the whole of it.

What does a network audit include?

We look at every router, switch, firewall and access point, the firmware versions, firewall rules, open ports, VLANs, passwords and cabling. You get a written report: what is at risk, what to fix first and what can wait. The report is yours, whether or not we do the work.

Can you connect our branches with VPN?

Yes. A site-to-site VPN joins offices, shops and warehouses into one private, encrypted network over ordinary internet lines. Staff in one branch open the shared files or the accounting server in another as if it were in the same building.

Our network is a mess. Do we have to stop work to fix it?

No. We build the new setup alongside the old one and switch over in stages, at night or at the weekend, one floor or one branch at a time. If something is not right, we roll back before the morning.

Which equipment do you work with?

Firewalls on pfSense, OPNsense, FortiGate and MikroTik, and switches from Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti and MikroTik. Good equipment you already own stays, and we recommend new hardware only where it holds the network back.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the network and how many sites you have. The first call is free. Then we do the audit, and before any work starts you receive a fixed price in writing, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Do you work outside Batumi?

Yes, across all of Georgia. Design, administration and monitoring work remotely, and on-site work is arranged wherever your offices, hotels or warehouses are.
