24/7 server and network monitoring

We run 24/7 server monitoring for businesses across Georgia, and we watch everything around the servers too: the network and both internet lines, your website and online shop, last night's backup, every camera recorder, the Wi-Fi and the UPS. When something starts to go wrong, our engineers get the alert first, usually fix it remotely and tell you in plain words what happened.

Why it matters

In Georgia almost nobody offers monitoring as a service. Most companies learn about a problem when a guest complains about the Wi-Fi, a cashier says the system is down or the police ask for camera footage that was never recorded. By then the damage is done: a lost booking, a lost day of sales, a week of missing video.

Most of these failures announce themselves days in advance. A disk starts throwing errors, a backup quietly stops finishing, an SSL certificate is two weeks from expiry, one internet line has been down since Tuesday and nobody noticed because the second one took over. IT infrastructure monitoring catches these signs early, while they are still a ten minute fix and not an emergency.

What we monitor

  • Server monitoring

Disk health and free space, temperature, memory, the services your business runs on and pending updates. A failing disk is replaced before it takes data with it.

  • Network monitoring

Switches, routers, firewalls and both internet lines. If your main ISP drops and the backup line takes over, we know and chase the provider, even if nobody in the office noticed.

  • Website and online shop monitoring

Is the site up, how fast does it load, when does the SSL certificate expire, when does the domain need renewing. Checked every minute, from outside your building.

  • Backups that are checked

Every morning we see whether last night's backup actually finished. Once a month we restore from it for real, because a backup nobody has restored is only a hope.

  • Cameras and recorders

Is every camera online and recording, is the recorder's disk healthy. Whoever installed the system, you learn about a dead camera from us, not after an incident.

  • Wi-Fi, UPS and power

Access points that went offline, a UPS battery that is getting weak, a power cut at night. Small things that turn into big ones when nobody is watching.

How monitoring works

  1. Short audit and connection

We look at what you have, including infrastructure built by someone else, and connect it to Zabbix, Prometheus and Uptime Kuma. Zabbix and Prometheus read the health of your equipment, Uptime Kuma checks your sites and services from outside.

  2. Alerts reach us first

When something crosses a limit, the alert goes to SureIT engineers by phone and Telegram, day and night. We check it, fix it remotely when we can and tell you in plain words what happened and what we did.

  3. Dashboards and a monthly report

You get Grafana dashboards you can open any time, showing the state of everything in one place. Every month a short report in plain words: what happened, what we fixed, what needs attention next.

Who it is for

  • Hotels

Wi-Fi in every room, the booking system, cameras and two internet lines watched through the night, when there is no IT person in the building.

  • Offices

The file server, accounting, email and the internet connection, so the team does not discover a problem at nine in the morning.

  • Clinics

Patient systems, records and their backups checked every day, because a clinic cannot afford to lose either.

  • Online shops and websites

Uptime, speed, SSL certificate and domain expiry watched, so the shop never goes dark over a forgotten renewal.

We find the problem, not your staff

The goal is simple: you hear about a problem from us, already explained and usually already fixed, not from a guest, a customer or a cashier. Every account and password stays in your company's name.

  • 24/7Alerts go to our engineers by phone and Telegram.
  • MonthlyA report in plain words and a real backup restore.
  • 1Dashboard with everything you own in one place.

Monitoring questions

What exactly is 24/7 server monitoring?

Software on your network reads the health of every server and device every minute: disks, temperature, services, internet lines, backups, cameras. When a value goes wrong, our engineers get an alert at any hour and act on it, often before anyone in the business notices.

Our network was built by another company. Can you still monitor it?

Yes. We start with a short audit, write down what you have and what is at risk, then connect it to monitoring. You do not need to rebuild anything first.

Which tools do you use?

Zabbix and Prometheus collect the health of servers and network equipment, Uptime Kuma checks websites and services from outside, and Grafana shows it all as dashboards. They are proven, widely used tools, and the data stays yours.

Do we need to buy new equipment for monitoring?

Usually not. Monitoring runs on a small virtual machine on your existing server or on a compact mini computer in your network, plus checks from our side over the internet. If something you own is too old to report its health, we tell you during the audit and you decide what to do.

What happens when an alert comes at night?

It comes to us, not to you. We check what is going on, fix it remotely when we can and send you a short message in plain words. If someone has to come on site, we tell you and arrange it.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many servers, devices and sites we watch. The first call and a short audit are free. After that you get a fixed monthly price in writing, with no surprises.

Do you work outside Batumi?

Yes. Monitoring is remote, so we work with businesses anywhere in Georgia and abroad. On-site work, when needed, is arranged wherever you are.
