Cloud migration for businesses in Georgia
Cloud migration for businesses anywhere in Georgia: we move your files, email, apps and servers to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or a cloud server on AWS, Azure, Hetzner or DigitalOcean, without stopping work. Before anything moves, we tell you honestly what belongs in the cloud and what runs better on a server in your office. Every account stays in your name, and we look after it afterwards as a monthly service.

Why it matters
In many companies the cloud arrives by accident. One person opens a Gmail for the company, another pays for Dropbox with a personal card, a developer rents a server and then leaves. A few years later nobody knows where the files are, who still has access, or why the bill doubled. When an employee leaves, the company email can leave with them.
Done properly, the cloud is quiet: email on your own domain, shared drives with clear permissions, two-factor login for everyone, backups that are actually restored and a bill you understand. Some things, like camera recordings, large accounting databases or booking systems, are often faster and cheaper on an office server. We tell you that plainly, and our servers page covers that side.
What cloud migration includes
Cloud migration without stopping work
Files, email, apps and whole servers moved to the cloud or a VPS on AWS, Azure, Hetzner or DigitalOcean. We copy in the background, switch over outside working hours and test everything before your team logs in.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace setup
An account for every person, shared drives and folders with clear permissions, calendars and Teams or Meet, set up for the way your company actually works.
Business email on your domain
Addresses like name@company.ge instead of free Gmail accounts, with the domain records set correctly so your mail lands in inboxes, not in spam.
Old mailboxes moved, nothing lost
Mail, contacts and calendars from old hosting, cPanel, Gmail or another provider, moved with years of history intact. Nobody is left without email on switch day.
Cloud backup and lower bills
Mailboxes, drives and cloud servers copied to a second place, with a restore tested every month. We also go through cloud bills that grew without control and switch off what you do not use.
Security and access
Two-factor login for everyone, a clear list of who can open what, and access removed the day someone leaves. Every account and admin password is in the company's name.
How a migration works
An honest look first
We write down what you use today: files, email, accounting, bookings, apps, servers. Then we tell you in plain words what should move to the cloud, what should stay on an office server, and what changes for your team.
Move, then switch
We set up the new accounts and servers, copy data in the background and switch over outside working hours. The old systems stay in place until everything is checked.
Look after it
Monthly support afterwards: new users, staff who leave, updates, backup checks and bill reviews, with every account in your name.
Who it is for
Offices and agencies
Shared files and email that do not depend on one laptop or one person's private Gmail.
Hotels and restaurants
Staff email on the hotel's own domain, a shared drive for each department, and access removed when the season ends.
Clinics
Email and documents behind two-factor login, with clear rules on who can see patient files.
Growing companies
Teams in several cities or countries working in one Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with one bill.
Your cloud, in your name
When we finish, you get a written list of every account, licence and server, and every admin password belongs to the company. If you ever stop working with us, everything keeps running.
- MonthlyA restore from cloud backup is tested.
- 2FATwo-factor login on every account.
- 1 listEvery account, licence and password, in your name.
Cloud migration questions
What is cloud migration and do we need it?
It means moving files, email, apps or servers from office computers and old hosting to services like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or a cloud server. Not everything needs to move. Email and shared files almost always fit the cloud. Large databases, camera recordings and some booking systems are often better on an office server. We look at what you use and tell you honestly.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: which one?
If your team works in Word, Excel and Outlook, Microsoft 365 is usually the easier fit. If you already live in Gmail and the browser, Google Workspace often is. We explain the difference for your case and set up either one.
Will we lose old emails when we move?
No. We copy mailboxes with their folders, contacts and calendars before the switch, then bring over the latest mail on switch day. Old accounts stay open until you confirm everything is there.
Will work stop during the migration?
No. Copying happens in the background and the switch happens outside working hours, usually in an evening or at a weekend. Your team logs in the next morning and keeps working.
Can we keep an office server and use the cloud too?
Yes, and for many companies that is the best setup: email and shared files in the cloud, heavy systems on a server in the office, each backed up to the other. We connect the two so your staff use them as one system.
How much does it cost?
Licences for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace are paid directly to Microsoft or Google at their own price, in your company's name. Our work depends on the number of users, how much data moves and what is moving. The first call is free, then you get a fixed price in writing before we start.
Do you work outside Batumi?
Yes, across all of Georgia. Cloud work is done remotely, so it makes no difference where in Georgia your office is, and on-site visits are arranged when they are needed.
