Who we are

SureIT is an IT company in Batumi, Georgia. For anything about your data, write to contact@sureit.ge or call +995 558 984 986.

What we collect

The request form asks for your name, phone, email, business name and type, the services you are interested in, your timeline and a description. Only the name, phone or email and business details are required.

If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive what you send there.

How the form works

The form is delivered by Formspree, a form service that forwards it to our email. Formspree stores the submission on its servers in the United States.

While you fill it in, a draft is kept in your own browser so nothing is lost if you close the page. It stays on your device, and it is deleted once the request is sent.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver and protect it.

We do not use visitor statistics today. If we add them, they will run without cookies, and this page will say so first.

What we use it for

To answer your request, prepare a plan and a price, and do the work you ask for. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the services that carry it: Formspree for the form, Cloudflare for the site and email forwarding, and our email provider. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your request and any work that follows. Ask us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@sureit.ge and we will answer within ten working days.

You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
