IT for hotels and guesthouses
One team for everything a hotel runs on: Wi-Fi on every floor and balcony, cameras on the entrances and the parking, a website guests book on directly, WhatsApp messages that go out by themselves, and the computers at reception. We set it up around your guests, then watch it day and night, so a dropped access point or a camera that stopped recording is fixed before a guest writes a review.

Why it matters
In a hotel, an IT problem becomes a guest problem within the hour. Wi-Fi drops on the busiest night, a camera stops recording the week something goes missing, and every booking through a platform costs a commission.
With one team responsible for all of it, nothing falls between suppliers. The network, the cameras and the website are planned together and watched together, and when something does break, we usually know before reception does.
What we set up
Wi-Fi for a full house
Access points placed by measurement on every floor, the terrace and the pool, so the top-floor rooms get the same Wi-Fi as the lobby.
Separate networks
Guests, staff, cameras and card terminals each on their own network. A guest's laptop can never reach the till or the recorder.
Cameras that keep recording
Entrances, reception, parking and storage, viewable on your phone, and checked every day to make sure each camera is still recording.
A website guests book on
A fast site in Georgian, English, Russian and Turkish with direct booking, so more guests book with you instead of through a platform.
WhatsApp that works for you
Booking reminders, check-in details and a review request after check-out, sent automatically in the guest's language.
One number to call
Reception computers, printers, the booking system and backups looked after by the same team, remotely in minutes or on site when needed.
How it works
Walk the property
We visit, measure the Wi-Fi, look at the cameras and systems you have now, and keep what still works.
Install around your guests
Work is planned around occupancy: quiet hours, one floor at a time, nothing done in a full house.
Watch it through the season
Everything reports to us day and night. We tune it through your busiest weeks until it holds a full summer.

Questions owners ask
Can you work while we have guests?
Yes. We plan around your bookings, work in quiet hours and do one floor at a time. Guests should not notice.
Do we have to replace the equipment we already have?
No. We check what you have and keep what still works. Usually only a few access points, the router or the recorder need replacing.
Can guests book directly on our website?
Yes. The site takes bookings directly, in four languages, so you pay no commission on those guests. You can keep using Booking.com and other platforms as well.
Why does our Wi-Fi drop when the hotel is full?
Usually there are too few access points, they are in the wrong places, or one guest uses the whole connection. Measuring the building and setting fair limits fixes it.
What happens if the internet goes down?
We can add a second line from a different provider that takes over by itself, so card payments and bookings keep working.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the property and what it needs. After a visit you get a clear plan and a price range before any work starts.
